founded and runs The Pop Up Emporium as well as her own business That Wild Feeling.
The Pop Up began in 2014 with a handful of markets but fully started in 2018 as the brand it is today. Since then Rachel has organised and run monthly Hastings based markets supporting local makers and creatives.
Before this Rachel has worked in retail and has experience in all things retail including visual merchandising as well as running community projects for charities. The combination of retail skills, pop ups, markets, community led projects and running her own business has led to be part of Create and Gather.
RACHEL
also has her own business Snag It Society, upcycling clothes under her own creative collections as well as sourcing beautiful pre loved and vintage clothing too.
Kates background includes journalism, PR and marketing, visual merchandising, styling, editorial work and of course running her own business too. All of Kate's skills and previous work experiences are an integral part of what's to come with Create and Gather!
Kate also first sold with Rachel at The Pop Up Emporium back in 2019 and this past year has hosted a Pop Up shop alongside the Pop Up Markets at The Stade Hall in Hastings.
