Nikki's Market Shopping list by Nikki from Lemon Drops Design ⭐

It's the Pop Up Emporium's March market this weekend so the lovely Rachel who runs the markets asked me to have a look at the sellers who will be attending and put together a bit of a shopping list. This market is perfectly timed for Mother's Day gift shopping, if that's something you do, and celebrating the coming of Spring by stocking up on a few bits to give your home a lovely refresh. I've selected a few of my favourite things from the line up but this is only a fraction of the sellers attending so make sure you head down to The Stade Hall in Hastings, on Saturday and Sunday from 11 until 4 to see for yourself.

MOTHER'S DAY GIFT IDEAS:

I love Louise from LC Jewellery's work and I actually bought my mum one of her necklaces for Christmas last year (although I nearly kept it for myself). Louise has these beautiful tulip earrings in her shop at the moment and wouldn't they make the perfect Mother's Day gift?

How beautiful is this sterling silver rose ring from Olive and Stone Jewellery? I mean, I know I'm supposed to be shopping for gift ideas but... "add to basket."

Hannah from HanCraftedGB has outdone herself with these beautiful plant pots, perfect for planting up some beautiful spring blooms. There's a bunch of colours available but this bright turquoise and pink option is probably my favourite. This would be a great gift option for a green fingered Mum!

Chantel from Mashona Designs makes the most fantastic accessories using bright, colourful African wax fabrics. Her hairbands are a revelation but this cute bangle set caught my eye in her shop. Another great gift idea.

SPRING CLEANING IDEAS:

Give your dining table a bit of a refresh and bring those spring blooms inside with these beautiful 60s floral print napkins from Apartment 62.

Wreaths are definitely not just for Christmas so why not give your home a welcoming spring fresh vibe right from the front door with this beautiful tulip wreath from Wreath and Twine. They also have a range of other wreaths and vases that would be perfect for gifts.

Freshen up those walls with some new artwork this Spring. Sussex Art Prints have such a fantastic range of bold, colourful art that celebrates the Sussex coastline as well as a range featuring lovely Spring birds and bugs. This Beachy Head Lighthouse print is probably my favourite but there are loads to choose from.

Maybe you'd like to freshen up your favourite jacket, bag or even your favourite jeans in time for Spring, as well as your home. If that's the case these stunning embroidered floral patched from Olivia Gina are perfect. The hyacinth is my favourite but they are all beautiful.

It wouldn't be market day if I didn't stock up on small business soap, and these Pink Clay and Rosehip bars from Pure Wix are my favourite. They have just the right amount of scrub in them and smell divine. And even better, zero plastics! Their candles are also delicious and the perfect way to make your home feel clean and fresh.

There are loads on incredible sellers and makers attending the Pop Up Emporium market this weekend, so even if your tastes are different to mine and you've not seen anything here that takes your fancy then you should still head down for a browse. I've included a list below of all the sellers attending this weekend so you can scope them out beforehand and make your own shopping lists.

Happy shopping and thank you for supporting small businesses (really, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!),

Nikki x

She will be running a sale on her shop all weekend though so make sure to check out her beautiful jewellery, all made using real bits of nature coated in silver. https://www.thesilvery.co.uk
